Close to everything
Good location to walk or take the trolley around the area. Not as noisy as I expected for being in a prime spot. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was ok.

It had a convenient location to the Main Street in Gatlinburg, we were able to walk for a lot of the stay. The staff were friendly and nice to have a warm breakfast in the morning. For being in a main area, it wasn’t very noisy

I loved the location and how it was just a walking distance from downtown! I also loved seeing a Black Bear so close to our Inn!
We have always stayed here and never had an issue but this time was not good.we had to ask for toilet paper,and wash cloths as there was none in the room and also our room was full of flys.very nasty
